WOERNER exhibits at the Agritechnica
As a leading manufacturer of lubrication technology, the Wertheim-based company Eugen WOERNER GmbH & Co. KG exhibited the Agritechnica - the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery - in Hanover from 12 to 18 November. Numerous novelties and innovations offer a fascinating view into the future of plant production. For example, WOERNER developed an intelligent, modular central lubrication system for tractors and attachment devices.
The tractor with central pump forms the master system. It supplies the various attachment devices, such as loader wagons and manure spreaders, with lubricant. This ensures reliable lubrication of the bearing points and prevents the aging of lubricants on seasonal attachments. The condition of the entire system is stored in the control unit. This is used to adjust the system. A self-explanatory operating panel is used to visualise the functions. Attachments are automatically detected and centrally supplied with the required quantity of lubricant.
The CDU politician Alois Gerig from Höpfingen, a member of the Bundestag for the constituency of Odenwald-Tauber and chairman of the Committee for Nutrition and Agriculture of the 18th parliamentary term, also took the opportunity to inform himself about WOERNER's range of products. Here you can see him with the trainer Helmut Ballweg and engineer Kira Scheurich during a conversation about the advantages of the new system.
