WOERNER at the IFAT exhibition 2022

The world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management took place in Munich from May 30 to June 3, 2022, with almost 3000 exhibitors providing the platform for environmental technologies. Solutions for the sustainable use of resources are essential for environmental and climate protection, and Wertheim-based central lubrication system manufacturer WOERNER was there.

Closed-loop systems were the focus of the trade fair, with German Environment Minister Steffi Lemke explaining at the opening: "A functioning closed-loop economy saves primary resources, reduces dependencies and makes a significant contribution to climate and species protection...."

Accordingly, there was great interest in the new Kx cartridge system from WOERNER: Here, a solution for simple and safe lubricant handling was developed which is characterized by economic as well as ecological advantages. The cartridges were designed in such a way that they can be reused in a closed loop system. The cartridges can be filled with customer-specific lubricants. By using adapters, the system is compatible with almost all pump units available on the market. This is an ingenious idea which greatly reduces the risk of machine downtime due to improper filling of the lubrication system and also optimally implements the aspect of environmental protection.

With the introduction of the Kx cartridge system, WOERNER has made an innovative contribution to reducing the ecological footprint and can look back on a successful trade fair week in the company's 100th anniversary year.
